Storm Series Diamond Wall Saw Blade

Introduction:

Whirlwind manufactures a complete range of Wall Saw Blades. We have designed two Segment patterns for operating on hydraulic, electric or pneumatic wall saws. These blades employ 12mm (,475") segments that are laser welded to the core.These blades are available in sizes 18"(450mm) through 60"(1500mm) with segment widths of .187 (4.7mm) or .250 (6.4mm). These blades will provide fast cutting and long life on reinforced concrete with varied aggregates. Wall saw blades have flush cut holes on all sizes. Please specify if an arbor hole larger than l" is required.

When placing an order, the following information is required.

1. Diameter and specifications of product. We can custom manufacture to your specifications.

2. Arbol Holes Size. Pin hole where necessary and CTC between arbor and Pin hole.

3. Material to be cut(GP, natural stone, masonry, concrete, asphalt)

4. Hardness of the material.(hard, medium, or soft)

5. Type of machine. (flat saw, masonry saw, hand-held saws )

6. Wet o dry cutting. Commonly right angle grinders, hand held high speed saws are used dry. Masonry saws, floor saws are generally used wet, however, some applications are used dry.

7. Spindle speed (rpm)
